Jim from Omni Pool was amazing. He kept us in the loop everyday. We asked in the beginning if he could assure the pool would be done by Memorial day. We had two grads from U of A that we scheduled a pool party with relatives from out of state. Covid caused material shortages which threatened our completion. However Jim did everything he could to make it happen and it did. The pool looks amazing we had many compliments from friends and family. Just this week we noticed a small issue and he is on it and will be here tomorrow. I strongly suggest if you are considering a pool resurface that you go with small pebble from Omni Pool. It has a 10 year warranty and looks great. Jim and Omni Pool kept their commitment and did great work.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools

Signed a pool contract on Jan 11 and never heard from anyone after. After repeated attempts to get updates, I found out on March 22nd that the scheduler "didn't even know we existed". After this conversation I thought we were on track. Then four days later I received an email from the manager stating they would not be building my pool. Nearly THREE months passed and no communication. Then they cancelled our contract. Absolutely THE worst business I have EVER dealt with.

I first heard about Omni Pools from a friend from church. I reached out to Tom and he immediately started working with me. He got a design to me and I changed some things and then he modified it and gave me the final design and contract. I waited a couple of months to begin construction because I had other house projects but we began work in early December. All of the subcontractors were great and completed their work on time. Veronica and Ventura worked closely with me and Ventura, as project manager, made every effort to take care of all the little things that needed to get done. He had his gate guy fix both my gates, provided me with door alarms, and made sure the project got finished in a timely fashion. He communicated with me in a very professional and timely way via text and made me feel like a valued customer. The project fully completed by mid March. Omni uses the best parts and has great warranties on their parts. I would recommend Omni Pools for any new pool construction or repair. Thanks you to everyone at Omni Pools!

We have had a horrible experience with Omni. We would not recommend their company to any family or friends. The communication has been beyond horrible. It’s very common to not have our questions answered, not get a response, or be told misinformation entirely. We have not been guided throughout the process and it has been incredibly stressful. We have had workers intentionally and unintentionally damage our property, in addition to workers urinating everywhere, including on a brand new and expensive gate put in for the pool construction. Purchasing a pool has been without a doubt one of the most expensive investments we have ever made and the customer service could not have been worse.The scheduling has been extremely inconvenient. I have had to re-direct workers to our backyard entrance very early in the morning and multiple times throughout the day because they don’t know where to go, along with having to unlock our backyard entrance on days that weren’t on the schedule. If I did not have a flexible work schedule because of covid, material would have been dropped in the front of the house instead of the back, and workers would not have add access or direction to get to the backyard (which probably would have delayed the project even more). We have had specific requests for accessing our backyard because interferes with a neighbors driveway, and these requests were disregarded repeatedly as well.We had asked for a little bit of dirt to be left behind after excavation, but there was a tremendous amount of caliche left behind instead. We asked for this to be removed multiple times and when it was time to do so, the large amount of caliche was instead compacted into the ground. This resulted in a large mound surrounding the pool, which was substantially higher than the level of our original ground. We spent over a week and a half re-distributing it and getting rid of massive rocks pushed into the ground. The large amount of extra caliche was a concern the second it was left behind after excavation and it ultimately resulted in us having to fix it and instead of it being removed by Omni as promised.We reached out to the co owner to express our frustration and concerns for bad communication. One of his responses was that they get paid as they go and why would they intentionally slow anything down. We felt our concerns and interest in having better communication completely disregarded, which eventually even worsened over time.We understand delays can happen and covid can bring about new challenges. The core issues with our experience with the company have been the severe lack of communication, lack of direction, lack of answers or correct answers when multiple questions are asked, and feeling like we are not valued customers.The only positive experience associated with the company has been our designer. He was excellent, always helpful, and a great communicator. Unfortunately, its other members of the teams that take the lead after the design is complete, but we reached out to our designer for additional help because he was so thorough. We greatly appreciate everything he has done for us.

I just had my pool renovated by Omni Pools, my new pebble finish, tile and cool decking looks amazing. Jim Dahnke took exceptional care and attention to my project every step of the way. Everyone assigned to the project was fantastic. Highly recommend Omni.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools and Jim Dahnke, Renovation/Project Manager. We contacted Omni Pool Builders for pool repair and resurfacing. Jim Dahnke provided a timely return to our phone call with an immediate appointment. During our discussion, Jim provided a number of options, pool surface suggestions and cost discussions. Once the contract was signed, we found Jim's communication to be excellent. We were informed about upcoming work scheduled, and each construction landmark was followed with a personal visit and follow-up phone call from Jim. We are very, very pleased with the working relationship with Omni Pools, Jim Dahnke and the final result.

I had Omni come out to discuss having an Auto fill put in our pre existing pool before June of this year, after waiting months for them lock down a date for install and paying them half as a down payment, we waited and waited. Finally we are scheduled, the guy comes out during the summer and we are told that they can’t install it right then because the weather is to hot and they have to remove some of the pool water and it would not be good to do until the weather cools off, so we wait, no one ever got back about scheduling the job. I called 4 times and I finally get a call back and I’m told that the cancelled our job because it was to small a job for them to take on right now. NO phone call to tell me that they were canceling our job, we had a contract, no heads up, NOTHING.Now after wasting over 6 months thinking we had a pool company to get this job done , I have to start the process all over again trying to find another company to do the job. We would have had other bigger things done to the pool in the next coming years, but NOW , I will NEVER call on them again to do any work for us.I find this whole experience VERY unprofessional.

Omni Pool Builders helped us with a pool and spa chip out and resurfacing and other improvements. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. In particular, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Omni Pool did a fantastic job on a remodel of our pool. We had a rock water fall that had caved in and the plaster in the pool was heavily stained. Jim at Omni Pool help us decide on a better water feature and worked with us to provide exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and the care taken to make sure we were getting what we wanted was very satisfying. The work was completed right in the middle of COVID-19 which was challenging but they did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Omni Pool.

Where to begin? Well it all started with a couple of postponed initial consultations ( should have been our clue Scooby). We picked out our products for our renovation in early Oct and we were supposed to be wrapped up before Thanksgiving. We finished 6-8 weeks late. Oh yeah, and all the stuff that we discussed on day one - they forgot to include in the original quote....so they were added as addendums. (change orders) saying they need to be paid in full. Not gonna happen. For the most part, they use good subs that know their trades. Tile and equipment guys are in house are very good. Concrete was good and Plaster not so much. It would be better if the subs were watched and followed up on by the prime a little better and more frequently. Seems as though they could be a five star company if they hired a couple extra people to watch their subs and check up on them. They promise they will be "on site" when the trades are there. They do show up but only for a minute or two to say "hey", then leave stating they have too much to do. Our pool turned out below expectations. The smoothest finish of them all, radiant fusion finish looked terrible, so what did they do? Acid washed it again, leaving even more exposed aggregate and a sand paper finish that is just terrible. I would say they are average company at best that gives you the run around justifying their inferior work and not really offering to remedy it the correct way. They are stretching their crews beyond their capability of quality work. If you have any idea of what you are doing -GC your pool yourself save the money and the aggravation. Oh yeah as for the not professional - hung up upon by Jim (at least once). and the owner telling me he's going to fire their best guy because I wouldn't pay an invoice until the hole we discovered in the radiant fusion plaster was repaired.....

I recently decided I wanted to invest in resurfacing my pool deck and wanted something that will last a lifetime. After extensive research, I chose Omni Pools for their skill, reputation and team led by Jim and Bob who combined have decades of experience. I made the best decision ever. Omni’s work was flawless and they used the highest quality materials. My pool deck is stunning and my home value increased. I highly recommend Omni Pools if you want to sleep at night knowing you will have a team that knows what they are doing and doesn’t cut corners and communicates with you.

A project manager came out to my property to give me a quote for decking and a pool light repair, he said he would have my quote Monday of the following week. I heard nothing he called me late Sunday night of the following week and said he lost his notes if he could come back Tuesday, I said that was fine, I still have not heard form him, called and texted and no response. Needless to say I will not be contacting them again in the future, very poor customer service

Our experience with Omni Pool Builders was outstanding! With Jim as the project manager, he made sure we knew who would be on site when to do specific tasks. Any concerns we did have, he addressed immediately. We are happy with his recommendations as to our selection for pool resurfacing, tile replacement, deck renovation, and especially his suggestion of the copper spillway (a very nice touch). Omni is the most professional and organized company I have ever hired. From start to finish this was such a smooth process. They offer a schedule where you can check the progress of your pool and see what comes next. We even got guidance from their staff when designing the interior. After 6 year of dreaming what our back yard could be, the team at Omni made it come true! My husband and I met with multiple other pool companies before coming across Omni. The entire team at Omni made us feel so comfortable with their build process and superior pool designs. Our biggest check on our list was to have a large lagoon for our children to play and adults to relax in. Aaron's design knocked it out of the park and we now have the ultimate outdoor living space! Aaron does a PERFECT job of taking your dream and bringing it to life! He not only deigned exactly what we wanted but also took our dream to the next level! Picking out materials with Ysabel was so easy and convenient! She is very knowledgeable about the different materials and does her best to make sure you LOVE the options that you are picking! Veronica and Ventura do their best to make sure every contractor is on schedule and help fix any issues that come up! My husband and I are first time pool builders and had a TON of questions throughout the process, Ventura answered every single one of them with out fail! We ran into a small issue and Ventura and Aaron handled it perfectly. We met with Ventura pretty frequently because was always stopping in to make sure everything was going exactly to plan! We can not be anymore grateful for this team and I will recommend them 10/10 times!

After 20 years, we recently decided it was time to redo our pool from the bottom up. This included new surface, tile, in floor jets, water filler, pump. etc. After reviewing three proposals, we choose Omni Pool Builders as they offered more value for the money than their competitors. We worked with Mr. Jim Dahnke from proposal to completion. We couldn't have made a better choice ! From beginning to end Jim was there to help us pick materials, explain the step by step process, and answer every question. His knowledge, professionalism, concern for customer satisfaction, and attention to detail was exemplary. In addition, every worker that participated in the construction exhibited the identical concern for our complete satisfaction, and their work was above and beyond what we expected.If you want it done right at a competitive price, Omni Pool is the company to choose !

They remodeled our pool and spa. The pebble tec looks great but that’s where the positives stop. Poor communication, had a horrible time getting a hold of anyone, no one returns calls. The auto fill they recommended and sold us has not worked since it was installed. They took off valves and covers and did not reinstall before filling the pool. They were supposed to meet with us to run through care after they were finished. That did not happen until we called three times to ask about it. I am overall pretty unhappy with this company. We spent a lot of money with them and were in the end, not treated very well.

We chose Omni Pool and Design because they were very responsive to us as soon as we reached out to them. We then learned that they build a superior pool for comparable prices to other companies. They just finished our backyard and it looks amazing! The pool is exactly what hat we asked for with no surprises. We have also loved working with Ventura! Every little thing we wanted changed he made it happen. Any little problem we ran into he fixed it, even when we were ok with the product he would go above and beyond to make it look perfect. If we add on to our pool in anyway we will be calling Omni Pool again!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service and installation of our pool by Omni! Our pool was completed last fall, on schedule and we are very pleased. We recently reached out to Daniel Brown with a warranty issue for our salt chlorinator. Daniel responded promptly, resolved the issue and helped us to learn about how our pool equipment works (we are 1st time pool owners). Daniel has been very patient with us as we learn how to maintain our pool.

I would like to take moment to thank Aaron Baker and his crew at Omni Pools! We have been having trouble with our pool for approximately 7 years. The issue was leaking water at the negative edge portion of the pool. We would have to try different repair techniques on a yearly basis. All were band-aid solutions such as silicon, epoxy, cement, etc. For the past several years we had been trying to get someone contracted to repair the pool correctly. Several contractors came by, gave us the feeling they could fix it, but we never heard from them again. Then we were having some service performed by Ambiance Pool Service and Supply (another company we would highly recommend). I asked Mike the owner of Ambiance to please find someone that would perform the repair correctly. He sent over Omni Pools. They immediately developed a solution. They started work within two weeks and completed in the time specified. All their team members acted and responded in a professional manner during the entire process. The quality of the work performed by their trade’s personnel was excellent! A few were veterans which is always a plus. I highly recommend Omni Pools for all your needs!

This was a wonderful experience...all of the workers assigned to the project were professional and diligent in their duties. The pool was completed on time and within the schedule. From the initial call and appointment, Jim was very helpful ... he also provided excellent supervision of the project. He oversaw the entire operation and gave daily updates in person and via phone. All questions were answered promptly and completely. Daniel was so very helpful with any necessary information for the computer. He is a dedicated and hardworking employee. We were fortunate to have chosen Omni Pool Builders and Design.

Worked daily with Omni’s project manager, Jim. I was always kept informed on project status and the tentative schedules of their workers. Schedules were sometimes slipped, but all good faith efforts were made to finish this project in the allotted time. Quality of the work is excellent. Probably could of had the job completed at less cost by another company, but the warranty and quality were worth the price. These are the “go-to” folks for your significant investment.

Omni did a great job designing our pool and backyard. Went over all the options available concerning equipment, landscaping ect. Had a few minor hiccups during construction but was handled in a timely manner. Beth and Arturo were great. Answered any questions we had and walked us through during the process. It feels good to know you made the right decision. From the design phase through construction and finish, we had an exceptional experience with Omni Pools. Ashley provided continous updates and coordination with other vendors. Olga assisted us with design selection. Aaron provided sound advice and Martin offered excellent suggestions so we made a few adjustments along the way. The final outcome of our pool, patio, outside kitchen and fire pit is breathtaking!

Our experience with Omni Pools has been outstanding. We had them replace our tiles after 10 years. Their choices were quite varied and we found 2 that were perfect. Kurt the project manager helped in our final selection at our pool.Their workmanship and scheduling made the job smooth and fast. The communication from Ashley ,the construction coordinator kept us informed throughout the project. Start to finish from emptying the pool to refill and startup about 5 days. We began our search for the company to remodel our pool in late 2015. We spoke with a number of local companies and settled on Omni Pools because of Aaron's enthusiasm and professionalism as well as the great reviews for the company. Aaron worked with us for some weeks on the initial design and then refining it into what we wanted. He was a pleasure to work with! He has great ideas but is always open to your personal input. The design included a complete pool gut, new interior, tile, cleaning system, pool automation, a large flagstone deck, boulder and stacked rock work handled by Matt Bennett (who did a great job!), gas line installation for a fire pit, and a separate large flagstone patio. After, the process began Martin oversaw the daily work. The subcontractors they used were all professional and did great work. Everyone showed up when they said they would. Martin was always available to discuss any concerns or resolve any problems. Omni provided an actual timeline chart that they followed with remarkable accuracy! We received regular calls from Ashley keeping us informed of who was coming and what work they were completing. When a couple of issues arose she handled them quickly. She could not have been more professional or friendly!They wrapped up the entire project within two days of their scheduled completion date even with time lost to monsoon rains. The project was on budget and their were no surprises. When it was finished it was even better then we had imagined! Martin, Aaron, Ashley and Olga run a great company and we would highly recommend them and absolutely use them again!
