If you’re considering a pool, you will not be happier than Omni! Everyone was great, from Dave in sales, to Scott in construction to the wonderful Allysa in scheduling. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Communication was huge for us and they will not disappoint. Every sub was amazing too. Everyone is professional, nice and easy to work with. All pools are expensive, but you get what you pay for and Omni won’t mess around, you’ll get the best. Our project from first dig to filling with water was 40 days!!!! Don’t spend 6 mo with another company when you can be swimming in less than 60 days. Even better, they stand behind their work. We are very happy with our pool, thank you to everyone at Omni Pools who took care of us! - 5/29/2026

There are pool construction companies and then there is Omni Pools. Research revealed they are a top-of-the-line company when I was looking to get coping work done to solve a leak problem. My neighbors were also using them, but I was skeptical about the affordability at first. I took the plunge by making a call anyway - what’s the harm?When Adam Schwartz visited me to survey the pool, I was impressed by the amount of detail he picked up in the first visit. An estimate followed a few days later at their amazingly efficient high-tech office. I work in a top-3 high-tech company but I took some lessons away on how offices and customer experience can be organized.Where was I? Yes, pricing. For the value that Igot, the pricing was quite reasonable. I signed up. The high-tech blitz continued with an App that they have which shows the schedule, all events, status, payment etc.I worked primarily with Shahrzhad in the office who was highly responsive and attuned to my scheduling needs and questions.As for field work, my point of contact was Scott Culver, a man clearly at the top of his field. I learned much from his visits.And then there was the masonry maestro - Mayra. She is the epitome of perfection and precision. Also, a fount of knowledge about my pool that she freely shared with me one afternoon as she was wrapping up the day. When I wanted some changes, she started on them right away on a late Friday afternoon.I was just thrilled with the way my pool looked at completion. I went to Omni for a spa remodel after repeated requests were not answered from SoAZ to fix their poor workmanship. We had SoAZ build a negative edge spa and what was built was too tall, had too much of an angle/slope to enter the spa, the tile was uneven resulting in the water not flowing on each side evenly, and the jets never worked properly. Between the jets not working correctly and the calcium build up on the spa tile, we stopped using the spa and enjoying our backyard.Omni was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from picking out finishes to the final walk through. The sales team was very knowledgeable in what finishes to use, and not use (this is very important in Tucson). They have an app that shows you the entire schedule from beginning to end and also a group text chat to ask questions as they came up. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns making the process as painless as possible.I would highly recommend Omni for your new pool build or remodel. I wish I had them bid the initial design to save the headache and extra cost to fix the poor workmanship problem SoAZ left in my backyard. I felt the remodel cost was reasonable and am always willing to pay more for quality work so long as it is done right the first time. When you are obtaining proposals it’s not always the best decision to pick the cheapest company. Remember the old saying, “you get what you pay for”, and when it comes to pools quality matters.I posted a few photos with one being the original spa before the work began to remodel it (blue tile is the before picture). - 4/23/2026

I hired Omni Pool Builders and Design to demolish and fill a 792-square-foot in-ground pool that had been part of my Marana property since 1983. The project was part of a larger sustainability journey (solar panels, greywater, rainwater harvesting) and removing the pool was the final piece. Omni made the process easy from start to finish.Communication was timely and thorough throughout. The designers and project managers genuinely listened to my vision, answered every question with care, and brought their own thoughtful ideas to the table. Rather than removing every trace of the pool, they strategically retained the raised deck and spa as a raised garden bed, a detail I hadn't specifically requested but that turned out to be exactly right.The crews worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves completely. Every Omni staff member treated me and my property with friendliness and respect.Omni also provided referrals to other local business providers, and every one of them lived up to Omni's own standard of excellence. That says a lot about a company: the businesses they recommend reflect who they are.The total project cost was $16,675. At annual savings of more than $4,000, the payback period is under four years. I couldn't be more pleased with the result — or more grateful for a contractor who took my vision seriously and delivered on it. - 4/20/2026

Wow! So impressed with this company. I ran into them at a home expo, and they took my information and called me back to arrange a consultation. They came to my home a couple of days later and helped me envision the changes I wanted to my pool. They created video mock-ups and pictures that showed us exactly what the renovation would look like. They scheduled a date to begin and began on time. The disruption to my backyard was minimal, and the contractors were very friendly and professional. We had a Baja shelf (lagoon) installed as well as some steps and some in-pool barstools. We had the pool resurfaced, new tile, umbrella holes, and other things. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the work that Omni did. They consulted with us the whole time (about 4 weeks) that it took for the renovation, and responded quickly with any tweaks we asked for. We're so happy with choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for this renovation. They are a first class operation. - 3/24/2026
