Omni deserves a 6 star review. This is the fourth pool I have built since I moved to Az in the early 90s. By far the most seamless, stress free and quickest build of any company I used. They provided great communication and follow up. No surprises. A lot of extra touches I was not even aware were included like having a window cleaner show up to clean all the dirt - the wife loved that. I like that they provide 12 weeks of pool service to keep us on track. Also the start up operation instructions are in person - not some book and call if you have questions. Extremely satisfied and it looks great.

We hired Omni Pools out of three contractors we interviewed to complete our backyard design Omni did a great job, the contractors they used were all professional, conscientious and experienced . We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend them. Our construction took about four months which was longer than originally projected. However, this was due to the time of year being December and over the holidays, and also some changes that we made along the way and and an added issue with a stand alone hot tub that had to be maneuvered in at the right time and installed, which was not part of the contract. In all, we’re very satisfied with our beautiful backyard and appreciate very much Omni Pools communication, dedication and follow through. Alyssa and John kept us up-to-date and did a great job throughout the process. Thanks guys!!

Omni pool designed and installed our beautiful pool. A lot of work went into every aspect of the project. A lot of different contractors were involved and a lot of hard work went into building our pool and fenced in areas. Overall the finished project is an absolute beautiful addition to our property. Just had our pool project completed by Omni Pool Builders and we are thrilled with the final results. The design and construction process were completed with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Of particular significance, the construction project took 30 business days from ground breaking through to final clean-up and start-up. Our construction manager (Jon) and scheduler/organizer (Alyssa) were incredible throughout the entire process and we greatly appreciate their attentiveness to our questions and any concerns that arose during the project. We love Omni! They built our pool years ago, and recently came back to perform some equipment adjustments. Great customer service, top quality work and honest & fair business practices.

I'm a scientist and do lots of research before hiring anybody to do anything. After choosing Omni, I clearly told them my part of the deal was to pay them every penny of the quote and their part was to do everything in the contract. They were very organized and monitored every step of construction closely. I have no issues with any aspect of this build. I'm happy, my HOA is happy and most importantly..... my wife is happy. I can confidently recommend them.

This has been the best pool building experience. Martin and team are amazing! They listened to what I wanted. Tom came back with a drawing that far exceeded our expectations. My 2 requests were please don’t destroy current cactus gardens and I need you in and out. Both of my asks were met and exceeded. They were in my backyard everyday and didn’t miss a beat. Completed in 5 weeks. The quality in all areas from hardscape to equipment is exceptional. Communication was also outstanding with Allysa and Scott. I always knew what and when things were happening. 2024 New Omni Pool- went with Omni after a few pool plans and consults with other groups. Great experience all around, worked with Tom on design and PM Scott on daily build. They have a fantastic process for daily communication via an app, and daily visits from PM who takes all the questions and concerns in his stride. Justin offers the start up education for new owners and was very thorough with all our questions and demonstrations. Pool is beautiful, gas heater can bring it up in temp extremely quick for a fall swim. Pool was completed ahead of schedule and was exactly what we wanted. I would work with this team again if we were to move!!

Aaron Baker, Alyssa, John and others that I had the opportunity to work with at Omni pools, for the construction of our pool were exceptional. Aaron has an incredible eye for envisioning something beautiful. He thinks outside the box, and Omni knows how to execute the plan flawlessly. It's A first class operation. All of the contractors that came in during the relatively quick build were experts and respectful. They did not make a mess of my yard. Now the pool is complete, and me and my family couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Getting an Omni pool was a great decision, we treasure it .

This review is a long time coming. Our pool was completed end of July 2021 and my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the good weather and enjoy the pool. The entire Omni staff was and is fantastic. Everyone we met and talked to from reception, to design to actual construction were fantastic. Ventura Vargas was our construction manager and was great always attentive to our needs no matter how minor. The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people contracted to do the construction; from digging out the hole, rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, decking were excellent. I have recommended Omni to many people in our development who were considering getting a pool. To my knowledge, three neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done. And this review would not be complete if it was for their construction/maintenance repair crew who came out last week and repaired a broken pipe caused by an accident in turf installation. I called the day of the break and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job the same day. Omni does not walk away from you once the pool is done. The process from design thru construction was smooth and well communicated. Activities occurred per plan. Frequent visits by Scott (project manager) kept us well informed. Overall it was an excellent experience

We bought a home in Vail, AZ with a pool built by Omni Pool Builders. Having little experience with pools we wanted to make sure we knew how to manage the system and properly care for it. Justin from Omni came to our home and walked me through a very thorough and clear orientation. He changed the auto fill valve and installed new filters, all the while teaching me how to do it myself. Justin changed the pump setting to help clean the pool better but also save money. He was friendly, patient and obviously an expert. I now believe I can take care of our great pool and I know that if I need help Omni will have me covered.

Building a pool in mid-2024 is an expensive endeavor and has some risks for the average homeowner. It requires a builder that has both the technical and management skills, but also excellent employees and subcontractors. The builder is as only as good as the weakest link in the total delivery chain. We selected Omni pools after doing an evaluation of all of the pool builders in our region. I rated them based on years in business, public reviews and BBB comments and standing. We received two proposals from three selected contractors. One of the contractors was not interested in quoting. After a head-to-head evaluation and talking with each contractor we decided that Omni was the superior choice, and provided the best value. Our experience with Omni has proven the right selection was made. Pre-contract their designer understood what we wanted and improved our draft design in ways we did not consider. His explained how Omni works and it’s organization including the role of the Project Manager who was our point of contact. We spoke with the PM, or saw him almost daily. He did a great job keeping up us to date and listened to our concerns. Omni also uses a computer-based tool that tracked building schedule, daily progress, messaging, and finance. It turned out to be a great communication and documentation tool between ourselves and the entire Omni team. The system documented daily progress with pictures and communication about the build. Our pool build was not without problems. An issue was identified by Omni where a small area of shotcrete needed to be removed to repair an electrical conduit. This concerned me and I communicated this to our Project Manager. He kept me informed as to the shotcrete repair options and timelines. Ultimately the owner of the shotcrete installation company who had about four decades of pool building experience reviewed the repair process and shotcrete mix with me. After that I had complete confidence in the shotcrete repair and the person doing it. Omni did not take shortcuts. Our pool is beautiful. The excavation started on June 3 and we were swimming on July 13. What makes Omni the best builder in my area is that they hire and motivate the best people and suppliers. Neighbors who want pools have seen the Omni’s product in our backyard and will be reaching out to see what Omni can do for them.
