Wow! So impressed with this company. I ran into them at a home expo, and they took my information and called me back to arrange a consultation. They came to my home a couple of days later and helped me envision the changes I wanted to my pool. They created video mock-ups and pictures that showed us exactly what the renovation would look like. They scheduled a date to begin and began on time. The disruption to my backyard was minimal, and the contractors were very friendly and professional. We had a Baja shelf (lagoon) installed as well as some steps and some in-pool barstools. We had the pool resurfaced, new tile, umbrella holes, and other things. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the work that Omni did. They consulted with us the whole time (about 4 weeks) that it took for the renovation, and responded quickly with any tweaks we asked for. We're so happy with choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for this renovation. They are a first class operation. - 3/24/2026

Omni Pools did an excellent job renovating my outdoor spa / hot tube. My existing spa was installed 16 years ago. It included a water feature consisting of an over flow scupper and water catch basin. I wanted to eliminate the water feature due to ongoing maintenance challenges. In addition to removing the water feature, the skimmer and water auto-fill device had to be relocated within the wall of the spa, which required a complex rebuild of the spa wall. I spoke with a couple of pool companies. Michael of Omni Pools, understood the technical intricacies of the project and defined the approach. The renovation included reconstruction of part of the spa wall to incorporate the new skimmer and auto-fill, removal of the old faded concreate cap, installation of new tile, installation of new 5 cm travertine cap, reconfiguring the plumbing, rewiring the electrical (incased in new conduit), a light acid wash to restore the spa’s interior surface and reprogramming the controls.The Omni Pool crew and their subcontractors were all very skilled and professional. Scott (Construction Manager) was onsite every day work was being done. He kept me informed of each step, and answered all my questions. Shah (Construction Coordinator) effectively scheduled the various steps of the project.When problems were encountered, Omni Pools stepped up and promptly resolved the situation, all within the original quoted price.The finished spa looks great! I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend Omni Pools. - 3/11/2026

We had our pool completely remodeled in under 30 days, including new tile, PebbleTec surfacing, a pool pump, pool light — plus a heater, new gas line, and plumbing installation. Omni Pool Builders and Design LLC. Omni Pools. What an amazing experience it was to work with these folks. We have a pool that we believed to be irreparable. The walls were literally caving in! We reached out to a number of pool companies but very quickly decided to go with Omni. The confidence they displayed that they could resurrect our pool along with some nice design changes put us at ease immediately. We now have a beautiful pool along with all new equipment/plumbing etc. By far one of the most pleasant companies I’ve worked with…and the level to which they communicate…man-o-man. I learned years ago that you can’t over communicate. How nice it was to know exactly where we were in the process at any given time. Questions always answered promptly.
