This has been the best pool building experience. Martin and team are amazing! They listened to what I wanted. Tom came back with a drawing that far exceeded our expectations. My 2 requests were please don’t destroy current cactus gardens and I need you in and out. Both of my asks were met and exceeded. They were in my backyard everyday and didn’t miss a beat. Completed in 5 weeks. The quality in all areas from hardscape to equipment is exceptional. Communication was also outstanding with Allysa and Scott. I always knew what and when things were happening. For building a pool from scratch, maybe they're fine. But for repairing the piping or re-surfacing your existing pool, I recommend staying away from this company. We hired them to repair our semi-private community pool and they took way longer than expected, kept blowing-off our concerns and calls, flat-out lied about their work schedule and demanded additional payments for tasks they contend were outside of the original scope. We've since learned that pool companies are as corrupt and unreliable as most Tuscon roofers. Stay away from this company, and good lucking finding a quality one. - 10/14/2024

2024 New Omni Pool- went with Omni after a few pool plans and consults with other groups. Great experience all around, worked with Tom on design and PM Scott on daily build. They have a fantastic process for daily communication via an app, and daily visits from PM who takes all the questions and concerns in his stride. Justin offers the start up education for new owners and was very thorough with all our questions and demonstrations. Pool is beautiful, gas heater can bring it up in temp extremely quick for a fall swim. Pool was completed ahead of schedule and was exactly what we wanted. Aaron Baker, Alyssa, John and others that I had the opportunity to work with at Omni pools, for the construction of our pool were exceptional. Aaron has an incredible eye for envisioning something beautiful. He thinks outside the box, and Omni knows how to execute the plan flawlessly. It's A first class operation. All of the contractors that came in during the relatively quick build were experts and respectful. They did not make a mess of my yard. This review is a long time coming. Our pool was completed end of July 2021 and my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the good weather and enjoy the pool. The entire Omni staff was and is fantastic. Everyone we met and talked to from reception, to design to actual construction were fantastic. Ventura Vargas was our construction manager and was great always attentive to our needs no matter how minor. The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people contracted to do the construction; from digging out the hole, rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, decking were excellent. I have recommended Omni to many people in our development who were considering getting a pool. To my knowledge, three neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done. And this review would not be complete if it was for their construction/maintenance repair crew who came out last week and repaired a broken pipe caused by an accident in turf installation. I called the day of the break and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job the same day. Omni does not walk away from you once the pool is done. We bought a home in Vail, AZ with a pool built by Omni Pool Builders. Having little experience with pools we wanted to make sure we knew how to manage the system and properly care for it. Justin from Omni came to our home and walked me through a very thorough and clear orientation. He changed the auto fill valve and installed new filters, all the while teaching me how to do it myself. Justin changed the pump setting to help clean the pool better but also save money. He was friendly, patient and obviously an expert. I now believe I can take care of our great pool and I know that if I need help Omni will have me covered. - 7/27/2024
