Omni Pool Builders and Design LLC. Omni Pools. What an amazing experience it was to work with these folks. We have a pool that we believed to be irreparable. The walls were literally caving in! We reached out to a number of pool companies but very quickly decided to go with Omni. The confidence they displayed that they could resurrect our pool along with some nice design changes put us at ease immediately. We now have a beautiful pool along with all new equipment/plumbing etc. By far one of the most pleasant companies I’ve worked with…and the level to which they communicate…man-o-man. I learned years ago that you can’t over communicate. How nice it was to know exactly where we were in the process at any given time. Questions always answered promptly. Omni pool of Tucson just finished our spool. They built it in an amazing 60 days (from dig day to water in the spool). Everyone on the Omni team treated us well, listened to our input, answered our questions, respected our wishes and worked with us on all the details. First, Dave Franklin did a spectacular job designing our pool and pergola (going the extra mile to ensure the shade was in the exact right location and the seat height was a perfect view of the Catalina’s). Allysa Redmon who stayed on top of scheduling everything, kept us informed and took care of communicating any issues we noticed. Scott Culver our wonderful pool manager, who’s frequent presence ensured our pool construction stayed on schedule and was performed with flawless execution. Finally, Justin Williams who puts the finishing touches on the pool, shared his vast pool knowledge with us. This review also includes Omni’s subcontractors as they too worked with us. Myra and her crew at MMG AZ worked with us on all the hard scapes and made it extra special. Erin (Metro Awning) who built our amazing pergola (truly a one man show). Omni provided excellent service and accomplished our pool demolition. Everyone we worked with at Omni communicated well and addressed our concerns and questions at every stage of our project. Ventura was amazing, in detailing the bid for the project and offered excellent options when he visited our home to scout the site. He made sure we understood the quote and that all of our important project goals were incorporated. Jon was our site foreman and work supervisor. He walked the site with us prior to work beginning and at the conclusion of the job to make sure we were pleased with the results. Jon was professional, experienced, and even stepped in during challenging issues to make sure the work was done well. He was very impressive. The work crew guys were experienced, respected our home, and accomplished the work effectively. Finally, Shar worked diligently from the office to coordinate the complex project timeline, made sure to all was in order, coordinated communication, and made sure schedules were articulated.
