Aaron Baker, Alyssa, John and others that I had the opportunity to work with at Omni pools, for the construction of our pool were exceptional. Aaron has an incredible eye for envisioning something beautiful. He thinks outside the box, and Omni knows how to execute the plan flawlessly. It's A first class operation. All of the contractors that came in during the relatively quick build were experts and respectful. They did not make a mess of my yard. Now the pool is complete, and me and my family couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Getting an Omni pool was a great decision, we treasure it .

This review is a long time coming. Our pool was completed end of July 2021 and my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the good weather and enjoy the pool. The entire Omni staff was and is fantastic. Everyone we met and talked to from reception, to design to actual construction were fantastic. Ventura Vargas was our construction manager and was great always attentive to our needs no matter how minor. The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people contracted to do the construction; from digging out the hole, rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, decking were excellent. I have recommended Omni to many people in our development who were considering getting a pool. To my knowledge, three neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done. And this review would not be complete if it was for their construction/maintenance repair crew who came out last week and repaired a broken pipe caused by an accident in turf installation. I called the day of the break and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job the same day. Omni does not walk away from you once the pool is done. The process from design thru construction was smooth and well communicated. Activities occurred per plan. Frequent visits by Scott (project manager) kept us well informed. Overall it was an excellent experience

We bought a home in Vail, AZ with a pool built by Omni Pool Builders. Having little experience with pools we wanted to make sure we knew how to manage the system and properly care for it. Justin from Omni came to our home and walked me through a very thorough and clear orientation. He changed the auto fill valve and installed new filters, all the while teaching me how to do it myself. Justin changed the pump setting to help clean the pool better but also save money. He was friendly, patient and obviously an expert. I now believe I can take care of our great pool and I know that if I need help Omni will have me covered.

Omni had a fantastic crew that came out and listened to what we wanted and transformed our tired old pool into a brand new beauty! Jon and Veronica were awesome in seeing our project through from start to finish! Thank you! We love our pool!!

Building a pool in mid-2024 is an expensive endeavor and has some risks for the average homeowner. It requires a builder that has both the technical and management skills, but also excellent employees and subcontractors. The builder is as only as good as the weakest link in the total delivery chain. We selected Omni pools after doing an evaluation of all of the pool builders in our region. I rated them based on years in business, public reviews and BBB comments and standing. We received two proposals from three selected contractors. One of the contractors was not interested in quoting. After a head-to-head evaluation and talking with each contractor we decided that Omni was the superior choice, and provided the best value. Our experience with Omni has proven the right selection was made. Pre-contract their designer understood what we wanted and improved our draft design in ways we did not consider. His explained how Omni works and it’s organization including the role of the Project Manager who was our point of contact. We spoke with the PM, or saw him almost daily. He did a great job keeping up us to date and listened to our concerns. Omni also uses a computer-based tool that tracked building schedule, daily progress, messaging, and finance. It turned out to be a great communication and documentation tool between ourselves and the entire Omni team. The system documented daily progress with pictures and communication about the build. Our pool build was not without problems. An issue was identified by Omni where a small area of shotcrete needed to be removed to repair an electrical conduit. This concerned me and I communicated this to our Project Manager. He kept me informed as to the shotcrete repair options and timelines. Ultimately the owner of the shotcrete installation company who had about four decades of pool building experience reviewed the repair process and shotcrete mix with me. After that I had complete confidence in the shotcrete repair and the person doing it. Omni did not take shortcuts. Our pool is beautiful. The excavation started on June 3 and we were swimming on July 13. What makes Omni the best builder in my area is that they hire and motivate the best people and suppliers. Neighbors who want pools have seen the Omni’s product in our backyard and will be reaching out to see what Omni can do for them.

My wife and I highly recommend using Omni Pools!! From the first moment we began working with Omni, we knew we would be in good hands. Matt was incredible and has a great feel for design and thought of things we would not have (like centering the spa outside our master bedroom window). Throughout the design phase he actively and patiently worked with us to design our oasis backyard pool and provided reasonable product/equipment recommendations. He never tried to up-sell and made recommendations to not do certain things as he did not feel it would be money well spent. Scott was our project manager and was awesome and always out on-site ensuring things were being done correctly. Scott and his team persevered through the very rainy winter and did the best they could to stay on target for completion. Additionally, they worked well with the landscaping company and timed the final steps of pool completion around the landscaping completion and perimeter wall. During the final phase they were very conscientious about protecting our new plants and landscaping. Furthermore, during construction they always ensured the site was cleaned up to the best extent possible. I want to highlight that after the gunite was poured it was obvious the spa was too close to the house. Without missing a beat, Scott agreed and offered to jackhammer out a wall of the spa and move it in 1 foot to allow a more acceptable pathway between the spa and house. Allysa was great at communicating and keeping us informed on what was next and beyond for the schedule. Megan has been great for the various small punch list items and getting those completed. Justin handled the start-up and is super knowledgeable with an obvious deep knowledge of pool systems. He has been very responsive to my text messages and phone calls for my numerous questions. Overall, the entire project was very smooth, they are responsive and prompt. The contract price stayed as is with no “unanticipated cost increases”. We will be praising their work to all who will listen and highly recommend this company.

Stupendous people to work with. My pool was in dire need of repair. I am so glad I chose Omni Pool. The folks at Omni Pool Builders exceeded all of my expectations. Staff and work crews were kind, courteous, professional, and most of all, were rapid in addressing my questions and concerns. As a retiree, time and dollars are a big concern for me. To my surprise, the replastering project for my pool and new filtering system was completed in record time and was very well within the estimate given. The pool project was daunting to say the least, but Matt, Jonathan, Allysa, and the crew made it go so smoothly it was amazing. And it was completed ahead of schedule (from what we were thinking it would take). We love our pool and are looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends!

We have a home that backs up to a wash and has a small back yard and wanted to add a pool. Three pool companies had looked at the site. One said they couldn’t do it. One said they would get back to me and never did. The last threw out a price between $150,000 and $200,000. We gave up. Went to the home show and thought I’d try one more time. Stopped at the Omni booth and spoke with Matt. Told him my story and he pulled up an arial view of my property and said he could definitely fit a small pool in our yard, which is what we wanted. Matt came to the house, took some photos and had some preliminary drawings shortly thereafter. Several changes later we approved everything and signed the contract. All work was completed in a timely manner, after waiting for six weeks for the county to issue the permit. Our construction manager, Jon, did a great job and took care of any minor problems. Allysa kept things moving in the office. Justin did an excellent job on start up and explained things well. All Omni personnel and there subs were very professional. Very happy with the entire experience.

OmniPools and the crew that I worked with, Tom, Scott, Allysa, Justin, John, Megan, and Francisco (and crew) were great to work with, and they were effective and efficient with our time (and theirs). Eveeything went as they said and while there were a few small glitches, rhey stepoed up and took care of them right away. If we had to build a new pool again, they certainly would be our first choice!

I wanted to change my rating from a 1 to a 5. Although, it was a very poor and rough start. A long call from manager and a change in designers. I decided to keep them on the list. They have worked overtime and have bent backwards to please me in so many ways. We are almost at the finish line, and they are still my favorite by a long shot. They make it really hard to not like them in all areas once we got started.

Omni Pool Builders and Design are a fabulous company, group of people and builders. I LOVE my new pool! Omni Pools keeps the homeowner is the loop, informed and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was provided access to an online portal for information and scheduling.specific to my job. My whole team from Darren and Aaron my designers, Scott my general construction manager, Allysa my site coordinator and Megan who helped to wrap up the finishing items were very professional. Working with all of their experienced and skilled craftsman and contractors was worry free. My salt water pool only took 6 1/2 weeks from layout to pool fill-amazing, and it looks fabulous! A big bonus for my new pool is that they include in your contract 12 weeks of pool service to get your new investment off to the best start. This is the second time that I have used Omni Pools on two different projects and their work and integrity continues to be top-notch. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.
