When you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Omni Pool Builders & Design, the following terms apply:
- Program description: account notifications, appointment reminders, project and service status updates, and replies to customer inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
- How to opt in: because most of our customers reach us by phone, in our showroom, or on site rather than through a web form, we accept consent in several ways: on our Text Message Sign-Up page by checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and not required to submit the form; by texting one of our business numbers first; verbally during a call, showroom visit, or on-site consultation; or by signing a proposal, contract, or service order that includes text-messaging consent language. 5. AI-Assisted Voice and Messaging
Omni Pool Builders uses AI-assisted tools, including an automated design and support assistant we refer to internally as “Omni Designer,” to help answer questions, gather project information, schedule appointments, and draft replies. Some of these tools operate over the telephone and by text message.
- You may be interacting with an automated assistant rather than a person. You can ask to speak with a human at any time and we will connect you with a member of our team.
- Calls and messages handled by these tools may be recorded, transcribed, and reviewed by our staff for quality assurance, accuracy, training, and improvement of the assistant.
- If you prefer not to be recorded or transcribed, tell us at the beginning of the call and we will continue without recording, or you may contact us by email or in person instead.
- Conversation content may be processed by the third-party telecommunications and AI providers that operate the service on our behalf. These providers act as our service providers and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
- AI-generated responses can contain errors. Pricing, scheduling, design feasibility, warranty terms, and contract terms are not final until confirmed in writing by an authorized Omni Pool Builders representative.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Service providers and subcontractors: we may share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as our telephony and SMS delivery provider, our customer relationship management and customer support platforms, our scheduling and project management tools, and the AI providers that power our assistant. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Mobile information. No mobile information, phone number, or text messaging opt-in data will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the subcontractors that support the messaging service itself, such as our SMS delivery provider and our customer support platform. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
