Program Name: Omni Pool Builders & Design SMS Program
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Omni Pool Builders & Design related to your account, appointment reminders, service or project status updates, replies to customer inquiries, and other account-related notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How to Opt In
Most of our customers reach us by phone, in our showroom, or in person at their property rather than through a web form, so we accept consent in several ways. In every case, consent is recorded with the date, time, and method.
- 1. On our sign-up page. Visit our Text Message Sign-Up page, enter your mobile number, and check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form. Your consent and the date and time of your submission are stored with your record.
- 2. By texting us first. Texting one of our business numbers to start a conversation constitutes your consent to receive replies and follow-up messages related to that inquiry.
- 3. Verbally. If you give us your mobile number and agree to text updates during a phone call, showroom visit, or on-site consultation, we record your consent with the date, time, and method in our customer management system.
- 4. On a signed proposal, contract, or service order. Where our paperwork includes a mobile number field and text-messaging consent language, signing it records your consent.
What we ask you verbally. When we take consent by phone or in person, we say:
“Would you like to get text messages from Omni Pool Builders about your project — things like appointment reminders and status updates? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop.”
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any goods or services from us, and you can decline text messages and still work with us by phone, email, or in person.
Numbers We Send From
Messages may be sent from any business number we operate, including our main Tucson office line at 520-222-8503 and additional Tucson-area (520) numbers we use for customer messaging, scheduling, and support.

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, email info@omnipoolbuilders.com, or call 520-222-8503.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from Omni Pool Builders & Design at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling or emailing our office. To opt back in, contact us using the methods above. (Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.)
Automated and AI-Assisted Replies
Some replies in this program are sent automatically or are drafted with the help of an AI-assisted support tool rather than typed by a person. You can ask to speak with a human at any time by replying HELP or by calling our office, and a member of our team will follow up. Message content may be recorded, transcribed, and reviewed by our staff for quality assurance and to improve the accuracy of the assistant. Automated replies may contain errors; pricing, scheduling, warranty, and contract terms are not final until confirmed in writing by an authorized Omni Pool Builders representative.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
For information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, including SMS opt-in information, please see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in and consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the subcontractors that support the messaging service itself, such as our SMS delivery provider and our customer support platform. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
