The time he took to assess our project gave us the confidence and peace of mind we were in good hands. We next met the Construction Mgr. Scott. Very knowledgeable and diligent during the process. His concern that all was being done accordingly was impressive. The daily checks were great. Our project Mgr. Shar kept everything moving smoothly. Great communication meant a lot to us. Never in the dark as to what was going to happen next. The electrical team meticulous. Always willing to take the time to explain. Justin the pool technician knows the ins and out of the equipment. Tile and hard scape crew top notch, detail oriented. One of the hardest working crew I think I've met. Would start at 5 a.m. and some days til 8 p.m. Not to mention the destruction team before hand. In at 5 out before noon. They know how to rip it up. Applying the pebble tech was a work of art. Amazing how it's done. The whole team start to finish made the process very enjoyable and moved smoothly. We would highly recommend OMNI POOL. We're getting started on the 2nd phase and looking forward to it.

We worked with Adam and team over at Omni to take our dated and troublesome 70s in-ground pool to the backyard oasis vision we had been dreaming of. It turned out amazing and Omni has been incredible from taking us through detailed designing to expert execution.They helped us identify the plumbing redesign that has solved our needs for frequent cleaning while also saving energy, helped us select the perfect finishes to achieve it very specific vision, and made an environment our family is now enjoying every weekend!We completely redesigned the plumbing, added a skimmer, improved lighting, and added a lagoon and bench for supreme entertaining spaces.Thank you Omni!

Omni did a fantastic job with the renovation of my pool. Starting with the positive and timely engagement with Adam and the selecting the pool interior, tile, and deck surface. As we moved into the execution of the project, Shahr and John handled everything flawlessly and kept me apprised of progress and plans at every step. All communications with the entire team was prompt and clear. I would definitely use Omni again for a new build or renovation. It all turned out even better than I hoped.

Words can't describe how pleased we are with Omni. Omni not only built our pool, they completely renovated our backyard. They demolished and removed our gunite spa and fire pit, installed a huge travertine deck, raised and added to our block wall in preparation for a Kiva fireplace. Yes there was a couple of bumps along the way, Omni displayed how important it was to them to make us happy. We still have some landscaping to do. They started the demolition on 2/12/2026 we were filling our pool on 4/15/2026.

I contracted Omni to transform my large fresh water pond from a rubber liner to a beautiful concrete swimming hole and it couldn't have turned out better. Shahr kept the communication flowing and the updates on time. Francisco and his team worked their magic with limited space and large trees to content with. If you’re considering a pool, you will not be happier than Omni! Everyone was great, from Dave in sales, to Scott in construction to the wonderful Allysa in scheduling. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Communication was huge for us and they will not disappoint. Every sub was amazing too. Everyone is professional, nice and easy to work with. All pools are expensive, but you get what you pay for and Omni won’t mess around, you’ll get the best. Our project from first dig to filling with water was 40 days!!!! Don’t spend 6 mo with another company when you can be swimming in less than 60 days. Even better, they stand behind their work. We are very happy with our pool, thank you to everyone at Omni Pools who took care of us!

There are pool construction companies and then there is Omni Pools. Research revealed they are a top-of-the-line company when I was looking to get coping work done to solve a leak problem. My neighbors were also using them, but I was skeptical about the affordability at first. I took the plunge by making a call anyway - what’s the harm?When Adam Schwartz visited me to survey the pool, I was impressed by the amount of detail he picked up in the first visit. An estimate followed a few days later at their amazingly efficient high-tech office. I work in a top-3 high-tech company but I took some lessons away on how offices and customer experience can be organized.Where was I? Yes, pricing. For the value that Igot, the pricing was quite reasonable. I signed up. The high-tech blitz continued with an App that they have which shows the schedule, all events, status, payment etc.I worked primarily with Shahrzhad in the office who was highly responsive and attuned to my scheduling needs and questions.As for field work, my point of contact was Scott Culver, a man clearly at the top of his field. I learned much from his visits.And then there was the masonry maestro - Mayra. She is the epitome of perfection and precision. Also, a fount of knowledge about my pool that she freely shared with me one afternoon as she was wrapping up the day. When I wanted some changes, she started on them right away on a late Friday afternoon.I was just thrilled with the way my pool looked at completion. Looking forward to working with them on another project next year.

I went to Omni for a spa remodel after repeated requests were not answered from SoAZ to fix their poor workmanship. We had SoAZ build a negative edge spa and what was built was too tall, had too much of an angle/slope to enter the spa, the tile was uneven resulting in the water not flowing on each side evenly, and the jets never worked properly. Between the jets not working correctly and the calcium build up on the spa tile, we stopped using the spa and enjoying our backyard.Omni was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from picking out finishes to the final walk through. The sales team was very knowledgeable in what finishes to use, and not use (this is very important in Tucson). They have an app that shows you the entire schedule from beginning to end and also a group text chat to ask questions as they came up. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns making the process as painless as possible.I would highly recommend Omni for your new pool build or remodel. I wish I had them bid the initial design to save the headache and extra cost to fix the poor workmanship problem SoAZ left in my backyard. I felt the remodel cost was reasonable and am always willing to pay more for quality work so long as it is done right the first time. When you are obtaining proposals it’s not always the best decision to pick the cheapest company. Remember the old saying, “you get what you pay for”, and when it comes to pools quality matters.I posted a few photos with one being the original spa before the work began to remodel it (blue tile is the before picture).

I hired Omni Pool Builders and Design to demolish and fill a 792-square-foot in-ground pool that had been part of my Marana property since 1983. The project was part of a larger sustainability journey (solar panels, greywater, rainwater harvesting) and removing the pool was the final piece. Omni made the process easy from start to finish.Communication was timely and thorough throughout. The designers and project managers genuinely listened to my vision, answered every question with care, and brought their own thoughtful ideas to the table. Rather than removing every trace of the pool, they strategically retained the raised deck and spa as a raised garden bed, a detail I hadn't specifically requested but that turned out to be exactly right.The crews worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves completely. Every Omni staff member treated me and my property with friendliness and respect.Omni also provided referrals to other local business providers, and every one of them lived up to Omni's own standard of excellence. That says a lot about a company: the businesses they recommend reflect who they are.The total project cost was $16,675. At annual savings of more than $4,000, the payback period is under four years. I couldn't be more pleased with the result — or more grateful for a contractor who took my vision seriously and delivered on it.

Thrilled with our stunning pool! Working with Omni was top notch. Designer was thoughtful, thorough, talked budget, and created a beautiful haven that was exactly what we had in mind. The additional touches, attention to quality and long term sustainability was clear from our first convo until the wrap up meeting. Everyone on the team was extremely easy to work with and on top of it. Very transparent process, super communication, above our expectations (and yet exactly how doing business at this caliber should be). I would gladly recommend Omni to anyone looking for a quality product. And the timeline…wow…I can’t imagine it’s standard, but we were swimming in 27 business days from breaking ground. (I’m sure there is some luck in there).

Wow! So impressed with this company. I ran into them at a home expo, and they took my information and called me back to arrange a consultation. They came to my home a couple of days later and helped me envision the changes I wanted to my pool. They created video mock-ups and pictures that showed us exactly what the renovation would look like. They scheduled a date to begin and began on time. The disruption to my backyard was minimal, and the contractors were very friendly and professional. We had a Baja shelf (lagoon) installed as well as some steps and some in-pool barstools. We had the pool resurfaced, new tile, umbrella holes, and other things. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the work that Omni did. They consulted with us the whole time (about 4 weeks) that it took for the renovation, and responded quickly with any tweaks we asked for. We're so happy with choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for this renovation. They are a first class operation.

It was a huge backyard project and Omni managed it well. It totally transformed our property. I would highly recommend them.

Omni Pools did an excellent job renovating my outdoor spa / hot tube. My existing spa was installed 16 years ago. It included a water feature consisting of an over flow scupper and water catch basin. I wanted to eliminate the water feature due to ongoing maintenance challenges. In addition to removing the water feature, the skimmer and water auto-fill device had to be relocated within the wall of the spa, which required a complex rebuild of the spa wall. I spoke with a couple of pool companies. Michael of Omni Pools, understood the technical intricacies of the project and defined the approach. The renovation included reconstruction of part of the spa wall to incorporate the new skimmer and auto-fill, removal of the old faded concreate cap, installation of new tile, installation of new 5 cm travertine cap, reconfiguring the plumbing, rewiring the electrical (incased in new conduit), a light acid wash to restore the spa’s interior surface and reprogramming the controls.The Omni Pool crew and their subcontractors were all very skilled and professional. Scott (Construction Manager) was onsite every day work was being done. He kept me informed of each step, and answered all my questions. Shah (Construction Coordinator) effectively scheduled the various steps of the project.When problems were encountered, Omni Pools stepped up and promptly resolved the situation, all within the original quoted price.The finished spa looks great! I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend Omni Pools.
