Our design center is at 6640 N. Oracle Rd. Suite 130, Tucson, AZ 85704.
Most Southern Arizona pools take three to six months from signed contract to first swim. The two phases we cannot rush are shell curing after gunite or shotcrete and the 28 day chemical startup after the interior finish is applied. Permit review time also varies by jurisdiction and is outside our control.
Yes. We remodel and resurface pools across Tucson and Southern Arizona, including new plaster, tile, or pebble interior finishes, deck resurfacing and staining, spa additions, and added water features like waterfalls or spillways. We also replace waterline tile during a renovation.
Yes, we have built and renovated commercial pools since 2012, including the Kino YMCA, Chuze Fitness, Campus Crossing, Canyon Ranch, The Ranch at Starpass, and Carousel Ranch. Commercial scopes we handle include ADA access, wheelchair lift installation, leak detection, pressure testing, and shade structures.
Yes. We work with GreenSky, LightStream, HFS Financial, Lyon Financial, and Viking Financial, and note financing options that can include no down payment. Terms depend on the lender and your application, so we point you to each lender’s own prequalification page rather than quote terms ourselves.
Permit authority depends on your address. Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita each have their own building departments and codes. Vail and Green Valley are unincorporated Pima County and permit through the county. SaddleBrooke and Eagle Crest Ranch are Pinal County. We identify the correct authority for your lot before we design or submit.
It depends on jurisdiction. Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Sahuarita all require a 60 inch barrier. Unincorporated Pima County, which covers Vail and Green Valley, requires 48 inches. SaddleBrooke and Eagle Crest Ranch, in Pinal County, require 60 inches. We confirm your exact address before designing a barrier.
Yes, PebbleTec is one of our finish partners, and we install it as part of both new pool construction and pool interior remodels across Tucson and Southern Arizona. We also work with National Pool Tile and QDI Materials for tile and coping, and Pentair for pumps, filters, and other pool equipment.
Yes, but only to add restrictions, never to reduce them. An HOA cannot lower a barrier requirement below state law or the applicable city, town, or county code, and an architectural committee approval letter is not a permit. HOAs can require stricter fence material, color, or height on top of the code minimum.
